Something I’ve been noticing more and more lately – especially talking to remote workers, freelancers and travellers – is that the people making this lifestyle work long-term aren’t necessarily working more.

They’re just working differently.

They’re finding ways to save time, simplify decisions, and remove friction from everyday tasks.

And it adds up.

A few small shifts can mean finishing work earlier, feeling less overwhelmed, and actually enjoying where you are – instead of constantly catching up.

Over the Easter weekend, I ended up going down a bit of a rabbit hole testing different ways to do this myself… and it turned into something quite fun!
